Safety and Health policy

Yoshikawa Semiconductor Business Group (※) will take actions with designating the following policy for maintaining “Safety” and “Health” of all people who work in the company and we will work on as one team as whole company for creating vital work environment.

1. .We will practice the following emphasis policy and actualize occupational safety & health management system, and improve continuously for materializing safe and comfortable work environment to all people who work in Yoshikawa Semiconductor Business Group.
   • Achievement of safety and no disaster：”Zero” Pollution, “Zero” Disaster, “Zero” Fire, “Zero” Traffic accident
   • Creating safe work environment：Extracting risk source and implementing risk reduction activities
2. We will be compliance with required items which relating with occupational safety & health of this group, applicable legal, and other requirement this group agree with
3. We will determine safety & health objectives based on this safety & health policy for making sure safety & health activities and review periodically. We will plan for improvement of performance of occupational safety & health management system by this.
4. This policy will be made as universal knowledge for all employees and employees of partner companies within site, based on cooperation of all workers and we will make efforts to increase awareness toward safety & health.
5. This policy will be publicly released to external company through internet.
