2.Contents

Objective 1: Establishing a childcare leave system that can be utilized according to various circumstances such as participation in children's school events, aiming to improve the work environment conducive to employees' work-life balance (including improvements to annual paid leave and existing leaves).

Countermeasures:

  • By March 2025, conduct a survey on the utilization status of various types of leave (difficulty of utilization, etc.), and conduct an employee questionnaire on the types of leave with low utilization.
  • By September 2025, conduct management training on the leave system.
  • By March 2027: Consider improvements to leave systems based on employee needs.
  • By June 2027: Introduce the new system and promote its utilization through employee awareness campaigns via intranet, etc.

Objective 2: Eliminate subjective tasks and promote multi-skilled roles, aiming to create a harmonious and employee-friendly work environment where all employees can balance work and family life effectively.

Countermeasures:

  • By December 2025: Assess the situation of non-scheduled working hours (subjective bias) and conduct analysis on the causes. Also, conduct surveys on the utilization status of annual paid leave to understand the imbalance between work and family time.
  • By March 2026: Analyze employee satisfaction survey results.
  • By March 2027: Conduct hearings with management.
  • By March 2028: Implement employee education programs.
  • By August 2028: Introduce the new system and promote its utilization through employee awareness campaigns via intranet, etc.
