Compliance

In order to put our basic management philosophy into practice, we will formulate basic action guidelines and CSR compliance regulations to conduct sound business.

Compliance with corporate ethics and social norms.

1) Implementation of ethical management.

Our company conducts ethical management in accordance with the law, ensuring that there are no improper giving or receiving, no unfair transactions, a firm response to anti-social forces, business integrity (prohibition of bribery, extortion, embezzlement, and conflicts of interest), protection of intellectual property rights (including compliance with software licenses), fair business practices (advertising and competition), responsible mineral sourcing, proper financial handling, adherence to international rules and harmonization with local practices in overseas business activities (compliance with laws, respect for culture and customs, and contribution to development), and other related aspects. In particular, top management and supervisory personnel are expected to be mindful of these principles.

2) Responsible behavior and sincere adherence to social norms.

Employees are prohibited from engaging in unjust gains (bribery, soliciting or accepting personal favors, offers, or promises, embezzlement) through their business activities and shall not commit fraudulent acts. They are also required to protect personal information and corporate confidential information (trade secrets), refrain from disclosure, tampering, and insider trading, and avoid conflicts of interest (prioritizing personal gain) or any other actions that may bring dishonor or detriment to the company. They must abide by the "Employee Code of Conduct" and adhere to the rules and regulations outlined therein. Internally and externally, employees shall conduct themselves with integrity, including compliance with the law, as responsible members of society. As members of society, they shall adhere to traffic rules and other social norms.

3) Protection of human rights.

The General Affairs department and each workplace shall strive to create a respectful work environment where individuals are valued and ensure proper management and humane treatment of working hours. They shall prohibit unfair discrimination, retaliation (including protection for internal whistleblowers), the elimination of harassment (forced labor, physical abuse, psychological abuse), the elimination of hazardous and harmful labor for individuals under 18 years of age, as well as the prohibition of unjust discrimination, privacy infringement, and complicity (encouragement) in human rights violations. They shall also adhere to international standards and norms regarding human rights and exercise consideration towards foreign nationals and minority groups.

4) Fostering a positive corporate culture and creating a vibrant workplace.

Our company aims to maintain the founder's spirit, improve employee morale, promote etiquette, engage in 5S activities, and uphold moral standards to foster a positive corporate culture. Through our business activities, we strive to create a vibrant and open workplace, where effective communication (reporting, consulting, and feedback) is encouraged. The General Affairs department will conduct training at least once a year on all aspects related to the company's mission statement, core values, and the policy of business integrity, including prevention of corruption.
