Basic action policy

In order to execute business activities of our company, for becoming its driving force and building trust from society the first from customers, its all depend on employees’ action which consist of company in the end. Therefore, this basic action policy is applicable to action of the all of board of directors and employees. We will ask each of employees to practice and be compliance with the following particulars with standing as perspectives of individuals, with having sufficient recognition of our company’s stance and by each one of employees.

1) Roll out of healthy business activities

Our company has been implementing daily efforts to increase revenues, we have responsibility to correspond to expectations of people who are many people realizing business activities by having relation with those people such as customers, business acquaintances, employees, local community society, and others. We will roll out sincere and healthy business activities for carrying out various social responsibilities based on compliance of ethics & society for that and gaining trust from related people and contributing to development of sustainable society

2) Compliance of Law, Regulations, & Ethics

Our company will roll out company activities along with proper correct commercial custom of society and social ethics, of course related law & regulations regardless of internal/external country. We also be compliance with internal rules and will build work place with ownership, creativity and vitality, and foster good company culture.

3) Customer-oriented

Our company will recognize enough that products will be provided to market through customers and used by people of world and understand needs and expectations and devise securing & increase of QCD, product development, engineering capability, others, and customer satisfaction. We will deploy quality assurance based on “Quality policy”.

4) Respect of Basic Human Rights, Development of Talents

Our company will respect basic human rights of people of all in our company business activities overall, we will not discriminate and hurt individual’s dignity. We’ll manage appropriate employment, labor, and HR management. We’ll also protect personal information. And also, we will plan talent developments in order for employees’ to demonstrate their capability sufficiently.

5) Securing Comfortable Work Environment

Our company will secure safety & health of employees for employees to work, we will make efforts to maintain & improve work environment for creating considerate & comfortable work environment.

6) Protection of Information, Assets

Our company will secure information security including customer information as management of tangible/intangible of assets, will implement appropriate management of company assets including customers and protection of intellectual property, etc.,

7) Protection of Global Environment

Our company will decrease environment burden and prevent pollution, promote scientific substances management of products as green purchasing based on “Environment policy” with capturing protection of global environment as significant theme.

8) Contribution to Society

Our company considers local community as our company’s basic foundation of existence of company, and built up good relation with surrounding residents and we will maintain it. And also, we will recommend employees to take social contribution actions with ownership and back-up these.
